Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your DJI account and visit the Support section to submit an Online Repair & Return Request form with your order details.
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Securely pack your DJI product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and batteries are included to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Print the provided shipping label and drop off your package at an authorized carrier location for delivery to our specialized inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
